Ouray Hotel

Charles Cunniffe Architects
Historic Rehabilitation

The client used historic tax credits to rehabilitate this late 19th century hotel. I enjoyed molding and generating detailed elevation drawings of the unique and distinctive features.

Rear Addition

The client chose to add an addition on the rear of the building to add four additional rooms to this boutique hotel.

Rear Egress

The roof top bar and grill egress take a stair to the roof top of the adjacent building then reenters the building at a half level. I coordinated closely with the structural engineer to develop the framing details.

Skylight Stair

I coordinated closely with the skylight manufacture and the structural engineer to develop this stair design. I coordinated with the existing roof slope, proposed roof deck and proposed steel reinforcements with the waterproofing and insulation requirements.

Riverfront Neighborhood

Charles Cunniffe Architects
Five Duplexes

The neighborhood is designed with five duplexes along the riverfront. Each building is a duplex with three bedrooms and a two-car garage.

Multifamily Buildings

The neighborhood is designed two, two story multifamily buildings on the river front. These buildings are designed with ADA units and garages on the ground level.

Multifamily

The neighborhood is designed two, three story multifamily buildings on the river front.

I developed the schematic design Revit model under the design architect. The construction documents were developed by another firm but the massing and conceptual layout remained true to the schematic design.

Golf Course Home

Working at Keo Studioworks I independently developed the schematic design documents. The custom home was developed for a developer in a very prescriptive HOA. I researched the requirements of the government of record, coordinated with the structural engineer and developed the drawings for a successful HOA approval.
